Our CapacityWe started in a small office in Moradabad with an investment of mere Rs. 25,000 (US $ 500), and we feel proud to say that we have come a long way till date. We have today manufacturing units in the three major centers of stainless steel production of India-Delhi, Chennai and Moradabad. Each unit specializes in different aspects of production. Today, we own a set up covering over 50000 sq. ft. The production capacity which was 5 tones in 1974 increased to 100 tones in 2002. We can now produce capacity of 1 to 499 Metric tonnes per month, which gives us an output of 7,00,000 to 7,99,999 pieces per month. We have a fully equipped tooling room manned by experienced engineers, skilled work force, designers and steel fabricators, who specialize in incorporating innovative ideas and blending them with creative products. Our team is well versed with the manufacturing process and undertake the work with complete dedication and commitment.

Based on customer's requirement and needs, our company offers customized packaging and delivery solutions, as a result of which the products are delivered on time maintaining transit safety. Keeping customer satisfaction and product safety in mind, we are equipped with capacious warehouses & packaging unit that facilitates the storage of large volume stock to meet all kinds of demand. More than half the area of our setup is under packaging. We make sure that each stainless steel product is individually as well bulk packaged using qualitative packaging material.

We undergo the following in our entire packaging process:

PackingEach individual piece when completely done with finishing and polishing is shifted to our packaging unit where it is packed in a poly bag.
Each packed piece is then put into small cartons or inner box of 5 ply carton. The sets are then packed in bigger cartons of 7 ply and sealed. The best quality corrugated sheets are used in the making of big sized cartons. We make sure that the individual packing products are finally kept inside corrugated boxes for bulk deliveries that also enables easy mobility as well. We make use of shrink wrap machine and strapping machine for proper packing of the products.

ShipmentThe whole process and material used for packaging by our company provides durability to the product while being stored and transported. Once the product is fully packed and stored in warehouse, it is also ready for shipment. We ensure that the consignment is safely delivered at the final destination within the specified time period.

Metal Exports (India) has large sized storing facility to store their range of stainless steel kitchen wares. We maintain a controlled temperature in our w0arehouse to prevent the products from corroding or rusting, cracking or other adversaries due to moisture and improper handling. Our company's streamlined storage process is made easier with proper labeled sections for each product category, which helps in easy inventory management and dispatch of the products at the final destination.

Sampling & Designing: We design samples of the products to be manufactured that are approved by our management team and our customers. Manufacturing: We are proud owners of various superior quality machines which are used in making the products in different shapes and sizes. We ensure during the manufacturing process itself whether the product formed is same as given in the specs or not in terms of shape and size.

Quality Tests: Various quality tests are undertaken such as: Random spot checks : Random spot checks are also conducted at various stages of production to ensure consistent output quality.

Packing and shipping: Once the product gets a finishing touch, the final products are send for another round of checking. Our quality experts again check the product, so that the minute problems (if any) can be detected. The packaging and final shipment are also done by our quality department.
